The Challenge

The enterprise was running operations across five different software silos, requiring managers to manually aggregate reports in spreadsheets. They lacked real-time visibility into KPIs, team performance, and inventory metrics, leading to delayed strategic decisions.

Aggregate siloed data streams into a highly optimized, single-page application focused on high-density information architecture.

We engineered a highly performant React-based dashboard that aggregates live data via webhooks and REST APIs from multiple legacy systems. We implemented strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure security, and designed interactive data visualizations that allow executives to drill down from high-level KPIs to granular operational details instantly.
